Carlos Rudas, President and CEO of Just U Concierge Services, brings his business and management experience, project management and interpersonal communication skills to every client meeting. His professional background includes more than 25 years in Business/Finance/Supply/Project Management, Bilingual Media and Communications, International Business Relations and Event Planning with USPS National Events.

Working long hours left Carlos little time or energy to complete his own tasks, errands, projects and events. Just U Concierge Services was created to help those in the same situation who are in need of reliable assistance and more time. Carlos works with clients and organizations on an ongoing basis, helping them optimize and maintain time saving techniques. Currently, he is working for a renowned international communications service provider.

Carlos is a graduate of Bernard M. Baruch College, New York City, where he majored in Business Management with a minor in Marketing/Advertising. He enjoys project planning and surmounting challenges. Carlos is renowned for relationship building, working well under pressure and cultural competence.

Areas & Business Hours

The General Service Area includes the District of Columbia, Virginia, Maryland and New York, and we will travel where needed.

Service requests outside of these areas and hours, including national, federal and religious holidays, will be considered as scheduling and availability permits.

How can Just U Concierge Services help me?

We assist you with everyday tasks and errands, as well as out-of-the-ordinary requests.  We cater to personal or corporate needs.  The possibilities are unlimited!

I have a mature relative who needs assistance at home.  Can your company assist her?

Absolutely, Just U Concierge Consultants are available to assist you.  She or he might even be eligible for our senior discount. 

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, certified checks, Postal money orders, Paypal or CashApp.

Do I need to be concerned about my personal information becoming public?

We are insured professionals and all business transactions are kept confidential.

How much do you charge for your services?

Our rates are hourly, with a two-hour minimum, and adjusted thereafter according to the specific service request.

Will my credit card number be maintained on file for service deposit?

We only will charge your credit card when we receive your authorization, or do not receive payment for services rendered upon completion.

Are materials, expenses and taxes included in your hourly rate?

The client is responsible for paying additional charges above the hourly rate.  Just U Concierge Services will provide receipts for all charges.

Do you offer Membership Programs?

Yes, we offer several options to secure our services. You can sign up for our VIP Membership, Concierge Membership or A La Carte Membership. 

What are additional service charges?

Additional service charges are outlined in the service agreement. We will provide upfront estimates for any additional charges that may be required. 

Do you only service the Potomac area?

The General Service Area includes the District of Columbia, Virginia, Maryland and New York, and we will travel where needed.
